In the fall of 2017, the iconic Coca-Cola wanted to show its appreciation for, and respect of, the local, the authentic, the community it is a part of. Cue the hand-crafted OOH, knitted and woven over the course of several months by the local ladies whose craft is a work of art, to tease a special Coke & Meals platform that would truly celebrate what we, as a community, hold dear: traditional Serbian cuisine, the unforgettable tastes of our country!

Coca-Cola is a brand that is always looking for ways to innovate, but curiously in Spain, there is an element of branding that has remained almost unchanged for over 50 years: The Napkin Holder. For this reason, Coca-Cola developed a real prototype of a social napkin holder adapted to the demands of a new target: Millennials. Thus, the napkin holder would not only be a silent witness of greatest moments in a table, also it will become the experience with friends, in a shareable way of being connected in a 360ª mode.

Coca-Cola thinks you should make up for being maybe a little rude to that person by buying him or her one of the brand’s special bottles with names printed on them. A new ad created by McCann from the Philippines shows people gushing about the not-quite-acquaintances who brighten their days, and have earned consistent nicknames: a driver called “bro,” a grocery bagger called “kid,” a security guard called “boss.” Then the people sheepishly admit they have no clue what their fellow humans are actually called. Cue personalized Coca-Cola gifts—the clouds part, the sun shines, and everybody goes home happy.
