Grolsch: Awake Your Curiosity Experiment

vrijdag, oktober 6th, 2017

It’s a world of multitasking and efficiency and we’re delighted to be connected 24/7 and load our time with as many activities as possible.

But is it possible that we forgot the one and most important connection of all? Awake is the kind of festival that wants to disconnect people from multitasking and let them reconnect with themselves through cultural activities, such as forest library, cinema under the bridge, of course, live concerts, arts and many others.

As the official sponsor of Awake festival, Grolsch wanted to illustrate how important it is to press pause from time to time and, ultimately, reconnect with ourselves.

Grolch invited people to Awake festival in an unconventional way: through a neuroscience & art Experiment which read people’s brain waves in real time (using neuro headsets) & translates them into visual art.

The Grolsch Awake Experiment repurposed the latest technology to show how beautifully the human brain works when we remove all distractions and focus only on one thing: the music.

Jaguar: Jaguar Musicdrome

donderdag, oktober 5th, 2017

In order to launch Jaguar’s first SUV, the Jaguar Musicdrome, the first turntable in the world, was introduced. By tracking the car with a camera the F-Pace controls the music. The faster it drives, the faster the music goes. The higher it drives, the louder it gets. Popularly known as “wheels of death” these type of tacks are reserved for motorbikes and fast racing cars. Only a light weight SUV like the F-Pace and Jaguar’s superior performance made this feat possible. The one week event with Jaguar Musicdrome attracted 90,000 spectators while saw 55% increase in catalog online orders as well as 114% increase in website traffic.

Skoda: Jump Assist

dinsdag, oktober 3rd, 2017

Front assist is a clever safety feature in ŠKODA cars that automatically stops the vehicle to prevent collisions. To demonstrate its functionality Skoda placed an image of the back of a braking freight truck underneath a bungee jump site in a festival. This way the jumpers could literally experience the sensation of this feature without actually being in real danger. With ŠKODA Jump Assist Skoda managed to stand out amongst the overwhelming amount of festival sponsorships, present ŠKODA as a cool brand amongst youth which was long overdue, and deliver Skoda’s message in a moment that they won’t soon forget.
