Bikers Mari and Eva just completed “The longest food delivery tour on a bike ever completed in Europe”. For Just Eat Just Eat Takeaway.com they did 3080km of cycling on a normal bike. Not even an e-bike. Yesterday afternoon they arrived in Amsterdam. Mari and Eva cycled before, but this one was quite different. First of all they stayed at the homes of JET colleagues getting the full team orange experience. Apparently, this is a normal thing among cyclists. The delivery took exactly 2 months to complete. They started in Copenhagen on July 6th, went through Berlin to Wroclav to Vienna, to Milan to Barcelona, Paris, Antwerp and back home to Amsterdam where they arrived yesterday on September 8. They cycled through 9 countries, made 27 food deliveries, had 16 office and hub tours, met over 100 JET’ers across Europe, resulting in more than 35 interviews leading to 9 video episodes and over 75 Instagram stories.
What a journey, what an adventure and what a nice stories….
