Nescafé is a brand that wants to connect people and to bring people closer together. How they did this? By taking it literally: they created a bench that got shorter when two people sat on it. Sensors in the bench made sure that it started to move when a second person sat on it. This way, strangers got closer to each other. The bench acted as the “spark” that made sure that they’d meet. This broke the ice to start a conversation.
