With many websites releasing their Year in Review videos, you’d be forgiven for thinking the video below is a recap of 2014. However instead of featuring the events that rocked 2014, it shows events from past years, such as Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding in 2011, the Hurricane Katrina disaster in 2005, and the death of Heath Ledger in 2008, before revealing a powerful and poignant twist at the end. Titled ‘Zeitgeist 2014: Year In Review #YearInSearch’, it was created by Amsterdam-based ad agency N=5 for Alzheimer Nederland to show what it’s like to live with the disease.
